Returns and Exchange Policy MCM Supply believes in the complete satisfaction of our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer you a store credit or exchange (excluding any shipping charges) within thirty (30) days of your invoice date. Please follow these steps to return an item: Item(s) must be in new and unused condition with original inventory tags attached. Item(s) damaged by the customer or third party will not be accepted for return. Call (415) 863-0288 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA.) Pack your item(s) in a plain brown box (or the box that the item(s) was shipped in.) Include a copy of your original invoice with the return. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the return box and on the copy of the original invoice. All returns after thirty (30) days from the invoice date will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
